Residential Title Services, Inc. (“RTS”) is Nelson & Frankenberger’s title and closings company located on-site within our firm’s office. As title agents for First American, RTS provides Title Commitments and Final Policies. In addition, RTS conducts closings on-site at our firm’s office or remotely upon request.
